Troubleshooting the Gallery |

I get a black or gray space instead of a 3D world and picture viewer.
You need to install the Cortona VRML Client for this website to work. Visit the VRML Client Homepage for more information and to install the client. We recommend using the DirectX Renderer however you may wish to try one of the others if you have problems. The default renderer can be changed by reinstalling the client.
All of the pictures are white.
The site can take some time to download. All of the pictures start white and are filled in as the gallery downloads. On a slow Internet connection this can take some time. Try loading a lower resolution gallery.
The Picture Frames are Yellow
Try changing the VRML Viewer to use OpenGL or DirectX as its renderer:
- Right Click in the gallery window and choose Preferences...
- Choose the Renderer tab.
- Choose a different renderer in the box on the left of the tab.
- Click OK.
